Vedam Movie Launch

The new movie of Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj Kumar and super hit director Gamyam fame Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna (Gamyam Krish) was launched at Cinemax, RK Cineplex, Hyderabad on June 12, 2009. The film is made on Arka Media banner. Director Krish, who won rave reviews and accolades for his debut film Gamyam, has roped in an unusual cast kike Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj Kumar and Anushka for his next film titled Vedham. Producers are Shobu Yarlagadda and Devineni Prasad. Super Hit Director Rajamouli clapped the muhurat shot, while Senior director K Raghavendra Rao did the formal first shot direction.

Arka Media Works that recently launched Maryada Ramanna with Sunil in Rajamouli direction will be producing this movie as their production no.2. MM Keeravani scores the music to the lyrics of Seetharama Shastry and ES Murthy. Cinematographer, Jnanashekar, who has handled the camera for Housefull is filming it. Krish is also penning dialogues for this movie apart from story, screenplay and direction.
