Anushka in Mahesh Babu’s Varudu

The long awaited film of Mahesh Babu, tentatively titled as Varudu, directed by Trivikram Srinivas is finally going on to floors on February 18, but without Parvathi Melton.

Parvathi was announced as the female lead for the film, but the shooting of the film was delayed by almost 6 months. It is reported that Parvathi’s mother met with an accident and she had to go to take care of her mother and so dropped herself from the project.

According to reports, Ileana and Nayantara were contacted and talks are on with Anushka, whose film Arundhathi is breaking all box office records. Anushka is now shooting for Prabhas’ Billa and said to be the most ikely candidate to replace Parvathi Melton in Mahesh Babu’s film.

Actress Nirmalamma breathes her last

Nirmalamma started her film career in 1950s.In fifty years span she acted in more then 1000 films.She is famous as "teluginti bamma".

N B K is busy in shooting for his upcoming flick that is being produced under the banner of Shravnathi Movies being directed by Mahadev in which Priyamani is starring as his heroine. According to film nagar sources, Do you know where Balayya squeezed Priyamani? That's at Ramoji Film City. Yes, the squeeze that we are talking about happened at Ramoji film city during a song and it is heard that it was a rather sensuous song. Given the oomph that Priyamani has been generating, it is not a surprise that anyone would find it hard not to see her or get into a steamy act. This flick is stated to be a family entertainer with commercial values and high expectations are pinned in the project.

Sada celebrated her 25th birthday

Ratnagiri girl Sada who made it big in the south, celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday. The actress has starred in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films.

Sada has delivered several hits like Anniyan and Unnale Unnale. She had won the Best Newcomer Filmfare Award for her debut film, Jayam.

Sada is now waiting for the release of her Hindi film opposite Nikhil Dwivedi, Khall Balli. She is also acting in other Hindi films like Click with Shreyas Talpade, and Love Khichdi with Randeep Hooda and Riya Sen.
