JD Chakravarthy to direct RR Movie Makers film

Actor turned director JD Chakravarthy, a protégé of Ram Gopal Varma, earned a name for himself as director with his first two films “Homam” and “Siddham”.
JD is now signed up by producer Venkat to direct his next film to be made under the banner of RR Movie Makers. The producer recently made the hit film “Kick” with Ravi Teja and Ileana.
At present, pre-production work is in progress and the cast and crew are being finalized. This untitled film will go to floors soon.
JD also played a key role in “Josh” the debut film of Naga Chaitanya, son of Nagarjuna. He is also planning to direct a bilingual film in Telugu and Hindi with Nitin as hero.

GS Rao to direct Rana’s next

Even before the completion of his maiden film, the script for Ranas second film is ready. It was written by writer GS Rao, who earlier provided Sambha script from NTR. Impressed with GS Raos narration, Suresh Babu asked him to direct Rana. Suresh productions will launch the movie soon after the release of Ranas debut film Leader which is currently taking its shape under Sekhar Kammulas direction. The film was planned to be released in September.

The logo of Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s debut film Josh will be unveiled by his grandfathers ANR and Rama Naidu at a function to be held on 11 July.
Producer Dil Raju is planning to launch the music on 18 July. Sandeep Chowta is scoring music for this high profile movie. Karthika (daughter of heroine Radha) makes her debut in Telugu with this movie. Vasu Varma directs this film. August 12 is the tentative release date of this movie.
Shreya Dhanwantari (Miss Femina runner up) and gorgeous Sneha Ulhal are playing key roles in Josh, which will have buxom beauty Anushka doing an item song with Naga Chaitanya. J.D. Chakravarthy is the villain.
