Balakrishna-Boyapati ‘Simha’ launched

Nandamuri balakrishna upcoming film titled 'Simha', under the direction of successful director Boyapati srinu and producing by Paruchuri Kiriti on united movies banner, had its formal pooja on August 6, 2009 at FNCC, Hyderabad. Namitha is one of the heroine and one more heroine is yet to be selected. Regular shooting will start from 24 August and it will take place in Hyderabad and Vizag. Chakri is the music director.

Dil Raju switched on the camera. EVV Satyanarayana handed over the script. All Nandamuri heroes - Balakrishna the hero himself, NTR, Kalyan Ram and Tarakarathna - graced the function.

“Only few directors get chance to direct Balakrishna and I am one of the luckiest ones. Simha will definitely reach the expectations of Balayya’s fans. Balakrishna plays the role of a savior. We haven’t yet finalized the rest of the cast. We are talking to couple of top heroines to act opposite Balakrishna,” director Boyapati said.

Balakrishna starrer film with Boyapati Srinu as director is launching tomorrow (6th Aug). Namitha is finalized to be one of the heroines and other two are yet to be zeroed in.

This is the film with which Balakrishna is hitting the floors after 'Mitrudu'. The new get up with carved moustache and beard, he is facing the camera.

The get up anyhow got great mileage and appreciation when Balakrishna appeared with the same to the audio function of ‘Josh’ recently. The title of the movie is finalised as Simham.

Naga Chaitanya’s 2nd Movie with Gowtam Menon

Naga Chaitanya's debut film Josh is all set to release in August month. Naga Chaitanya's second movie which is supposed to be produced by D Siva Prasad Reddy and directed by Seenu Vytla is pushed back. Manjula (Mahesh Babu's sister) planned a film with Gowtham and Mahesh on Indira Creations banner but it didn't work out due to date clashes, etc. So they have roped in Naga Chaitanya for this film and this will be Chaitanya's second film. This film will be launched in August month.
