Balakrishna,NTR for 'Hare Ram' audio launch

All the artistes from the Nandamuri clan are likely to appear together on a single dais on June 28 at the audio release function of Kalyanram's 'Hare Ram'.
It is learnt that Balakrishna, NT Rama Rao were invited as chief guests for the audio release function. Nandamuri Harikrishna is also likely to participate in the audio release function.
With the recent political developments, the step brothers, Kalyanram and NT Rama Rao were moving a little close with each other, as the latter is being invited for the family functions and Kalyanram is attending the film-related functions of his brother NTR.
Kalyanram had planned the audio release function in a big way. Harshavardhan is directing the movie while Priyamani played the female lead and Mickey J Meyer scored music.
The film is likely to hit screen in July.

Ram's Next Movie Is Maskaa

Ram, who entered the Telugu film industry through Devadasu directed and produced by YVS Choudhary, gave a big hit with his debut film. However, he faced a failure through Jagadam of Sukumar. Like a ball that hit the wall, Ram bounced back with another thunderous hit through Ready directed by Sreenu Vaitla.Presently, he is enjoying the success of his latest film. Even as Ready is on sets, he signed the dotted line for a film to be produced by MS Raju under the banner of Sumanth Arts under the direction of senior director B Gopal, while Hansika Motwani is pairing up with this young hero.It is learnt that the producer MS Raju has recently registered two titles Maskaa and Rascal in the Film Chamber. The unit is considering one among them as the title for the film. One has to wait and watch, which one would be finalised for Ram's movie

Katrina Kaif in 'Puli

It is well aware that the shooting of 'Puli' was postponed due to the accident occurred to its director SJ Surya during the shooting of a Tamil film.
The Pawan Kalyan-starrer, Puli, produced by Singanamala Ramesh on the banner of Sri Kanakaratna Movies is likely to go to sets in July.
Though Parvati Melton was selected as the second heroine of the movie, the selection of main heroine is yet to be done. It is worth mentioning here that Karina Kapoor and Priyanka were first contacted for the heroine slot but they expressed their inability as they were otherwise busy in Hindi films.
Later, Sneha Ullal, a look alike of Aiswarya was contacted and the name of Hansika was also under consideration.
Now gossips are doing rounds in Film Nagar circles that the unit is planning to rope in Katrina Kaif as heroine. It is learnt that Pawan Kalyan personally spoke to Katrina Kaif and offered her the chance but the latter did not assure him anything immediately.

Mahesh Babu denies supporting Congress

As reported by media sources, Mahesh Babu reportedly denied the reports on his support to the congress party. It was recently in the news everywhere that Mahesh Babu is endorsing Congress. However, Mahesh Babu reportedly said that he is not aware of the basics of politics and is not in a position to support any party. The unit of 'Gunde Jhallumandi' directed by Madan of 'Pellaina Kothalo'-fame, presented by Paruchuri Kireeti and produced by Paruchuri Sivarama Prasad on the banner of United Movies with Udaykiran and Aditi Sharma in the lead is leaving for Karnataka next week to can two songs which remained balance for the movie.Producer says, 'Our director Madan and his team had visited Chikmagulur, Khudremukh, Narayankhed and other such places to select locations. All the areas were rich in greenery due to the recent rains. Songs would be choreographed in those places. Besides hero and heroine, over 40 dancers would involve in the canning of songs under the choreography of dance master Swarna. Keeravani gave melodious tunes to all the songs. There are a total of six songs and three bit songs in the film. Gorintaku Comming soon

VR Pratap directed Gorintaku starring Rajasekhar, Arthi Agarwal in the lead is all set for release. The movie which also stars Meera Jasmine as the hero's sister will hit the theatres on July 4. The movie is being presented by RB Choudary and produced by SV Prasad and Paras Jain. It will release under the Mega Super Good Films banner. Producer says, 'Re-recording is complete and final mixing is now in progress. The first copy would be ready by the end of June.'

M S Raju to produce Balayya's next?

Producer M S Raju had enjoyed cult status until a few years ago. He made stars (Prabhas, Siddardh, Trisha), introduced directors and technicians (Prabhudeva, V N Aditya, Shoban, Devi Sri Prasad) and gave life to some others.
He was revered in awe. But his recent flops and failing in his maiden directorial venture changed everything. M S Raju who was once hailed for guts to tread different path has called off all his productions and is planning to bounce back with a big-budget movie. Hence, he has reportedly tied up with director Gunashekar who delivered biggest blockbuster - Okkadu.
Both Gunashekar and M S Raju need a big hit to revive their lost glory and they joined hands again to weave magic on silver screen. Buzz is that hero Balakrishna who immensely liked Gunashekar's script has finally given nod to this project. Earlier Gunashekar planned this film with another producer but Balayya was not convinced then. With M S Raju stepping into this, the film seems to be materializing

Arya sequel started today

Arya sequel on Aditya Arts film banner with Allu Arjun in the lead and Sukumar as the director is officially launched today at Ramanaidu studios without much hype. Today being an auspicious day, the unit filmed their first shot on God's idols. Producer Aditya Babu and few members of the technical crew participated in this event. Even though the film is being termed as sequel to Arya, nothing will be in common other than the names in the film and this film also being two triangular love stories. The character in this film shaped out to be more energetic than Arya role. Kajal Agarwal is doing the heroine in this film. Even though Tamanna name was heard as the heroine in this film, finally the role landed with Kajal Agarwal.

Pandurangadu doing good business in Andhra

Balakrishna's Pandurangadu in the direction of K. Raghavendra Rao is doing good business in all the released centers.
The film opened to mixed response initially but talks stabilized later. The riveting climax scenes and Balakrishna's performance have come to the rescue of the film's box office performance.
This devotional film showed some signs of deficit release, but the same was recovered soon with last minute business. In the coming days, Pandurangadu's collections might thin down in multiplexes.
The chances of its sustaining in B and C centers remain potential. In areas like Nimmakur, Gudiwada in Krishna district and several towns in Guntur district, the collections are stable running housefuls for four shows.
Trade reports say that the percent of women crowds coming to the theatres is enhanced steadily compared to the opening day. The segments of audience who compare Pandurangadu with late NTR's blockbuster Panduranga Mahatyam are in for a disappointment.
Bujjigadu the Prabhas-Trisha starrer has failed at the box office due to two reasons, the narration and a weak climax. The glamour of Trisha and performance of Prabhas are a saving grace which still lead the film in some theatres. But, the portion of repeat audience is not there.
Collections of Kantri are also not encouraging in many centers. But, Allu Arjun's Parugu has made its influence felt at the box office, giving a pull from the family crowds. Lack of vulgarity and the family subject with parents-children relationship helped the movie to some extent.
