The Synopsis

Yadagiri (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and Rami Reddy (Jayaprakash ) are goons with vicious rivalry. Reddy kills the son of Yadagiri and the latter vows to kill the former’s son in 16 days.

Gutthi Gurumurthy (Aravind) a migrant to the city gets a job and stays in the house of his relative who has gone underground unable to repay his loans.

Angel (Charmi) a loner, earns a living in the day and stays in the night in any house that have no occupants.
Through a ridiculously conceived coincidence, Angel meets Gurumurthy.
Through another equally idiotic coincidence, Gurumurthy is assigned the job of killing Rami Raddy’s son by Yadagiri.

The rest of the story is easily predictable.

The Performances

Aravind has talent but his debut film is not worthy of it. Charmi, a Nandi Award winner, is wasted in this film. Kota and Jayaprakash are drab in their stereotyped roles. The less said about the other actors, the better.

The Techniques
This film has an illogical story with ill-conceived characters and illegitimate situations. The only redeeming feature is the

cinematography. No one can narrate a bad story in a good manner.
All the aspiring directors should watch this film to learn how not to make a stupid film.

Dil Raju MARO CHARITHRA

The remake of K Balachander’s 1971 classic Maro Charithra is being remade by Dil Raju under the banner of Matinee Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
This remake has been officially launched Today at Dil Raju’s office in Hyderabad. Cinematographer Ravi Yadav makes his debut as director with this film.
The star cast of the film includes Varun Sandesh, Anita, Yami Gautam, Pratap Pothen, Kota Srinivas Rao, Oorvashi, Naresh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Sandhya Janak, Aadarsh and others.

Mitrudu In April audio in march

The much awaited Balakrishna film has been titled Mitrudu and it is slatted to release in April, the film it is hoped will be a departure from the crap the actor has been doing in films like Okka Magadu, Balakrishna himself showed this optimism when he signed the film.

The film has debutant director Mahadev directing it and going by the fact that he is trained under Rajamouli there would be something to look forward to in the film.
Priyamani plays the heroine and going by initial reports she is again rocking in this film too with ample skin show. On–the-whole a film to look forward to for Balakrishna's magnetism and star power, Mahadev's innovative direction and Priyamani's sexy looks.

Anushka in Mahesh Babu’s Varudu

The long awaited film of Mahesh Babu, tentatively titled as Varudu, directed by Trivikram Srinivas is finally going on to floors on February 18, but without Parvathi Melton.

Parvathi was announced as the female lead for the film, but the shooting of the film was delayed by almost 6 months. It is reported that Parvathi’s mother met with an accident and she had to go to take care of her mother and so dropped herself from the project.

According to reports, Ileana and Nayantara were contacted and talks are on with Anushka, whose film Arundhathi is breaking all box office records. Anushka is now shooting for Prabhas’ Billa and said to be the most ikely candidate to replace Parvathi Melton in Mahesh Babu’s film.

N B K is busy in shooting for his upcoming flick that is being produced under the banner of Shravnathi Movies being directed by Mahadev in which Priyamani is starring as his heroine. According to film nagar sources, Do you know where Balayya squeezed Priyamani? That's at Ramoji Film City. Yes, the squeeze that we are talking about happened at Ramoji film city during a song and it is heard that it was a rather sensuous song. Given the oomph that Priyamani has been generating, it is not a surprise that anyone would find it hard not to see her or get into a steamy act. This flick is stated to be a family entertainer with commercial values and high expectations are pinned in the project.

Sada celebrated her 25th birthday

Ratnagiri girl Sada who made it big in the south, celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday. The actress has starred in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films.

Sada has delivered several hits like Anniyan and Unnale Unnale. She had won the Best Newcomer Filmfare Award for her debut film, Jayam.

Pawan Kalyan's strong reply for Rajasekhar

The latest release of Rajasekhar starrer 'Satyameva Jayathe' is creating fuzz for other reasons. Rajasekhar made some sharp remarks in film on PRP chief Chiranjeevi and Yuvarajyam Chief Pawan Kalyan. Responding to this Pawan Kalyan stated that "it's most unfortunate that a senior hero like Dr.Rajashekar misuses his film to make comments against us. He is disparately putting all his efforts to make a hit film. I think that's why he tries to add some flavour to his film by making some remarks against us." But given the outcome of the movie, it appears that Rajasekhar's attempt have gone in vain

The latest flick of Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna 'Mithrudu' (tentatively titled) is finishing its shoot at brisk pace. The flick is directed by Mahadev and sexy bombshell Priyamani is sharing the screen presence with NBK in this one. The piracy hit this film and recently a song was leaked out unofficially, which is now available in Internet. The music is composed by Mani Sharma. This is the first time for NBK's film but not the first time in Tollywood though. But it remains to be seen how this leak works for the venture.

Satyameva Jayathey directed by Jeevitha has released today. Much to the expectation of common audiences there is a scene that’s purposefully carved to target Chiranjeevi. Rajasekhar in his introduction scene happens to see a mother beating a kid. He comes there to rescue the kid and reprimands her saying, “Why do you keep the posters of Mother Teresa on the wall of your house and do such nasty things? What service can you do to public while you can’t do justice for your own kids? Don’t mislead the people by using the posters of legendary personalities who served and sacrificed for society. They cannot be used as your brand ambassadors”. This is an indirect target on Chiranjeevi which is clearly understood by audiences and shouted in theater.

In another scene M Satyanarayana Rao, who portrayed the role of Chief Minister says to Sayaji Shinde, “Leave this party if you are insincere and brainless. Many new parties are emerging now to welcome the people like you. Go and join them”.

Well, that’s another hit on PRP which goes without saying.

NTR’s next film on on July 9

There is no qualms to announce that ‘Simhadri’ is the best hit in Young Tiger NT Rama Rao’s career. After that film, there is no hit film in that range for him. However, the hero is trying his best to take the film to that range in every movie, but could not reach the target. Even his efforts to get one of his films released on the date of release of ‘Simhadri’ also failed so far. Though ‘Yamadonga’ under SS Rajamouli’s direction was perfectly planned for release on July 9, the date on which Simhadri was released. But their efforts went in vain and finally ‘Yamadonga’ could only hit the screen on August 15. Now, yet another film is on sets in the combination of both the hero and the director of ‘Simhadri’, i.e. NTR and VV Vinayak. So, the unit is perfectly planning to release the film on July 9 at any cost. Nayanatara is playing one of the heroines, while Vamsi and Kodali Nani are jointly producing the movie.

Nitin, Ileana and the supporting members will shoot in Dubai and Tunisia for the next schedule with which the 90 per cent of the shooting of Local will be completed,which was launched in October 2008 with out media people .The shooting of Local has also been continuing away from the media.Local suffered a setback when Ileana suffered from a minor injury during the shooting and had to rest for a while. Now that she's back on her feet.

The film is directed by Mahadev and produced by Sivaram Prasad. Melody Bramha Manisharma is composing the music for this flick and the audio would be released in the first week of March. The latest buzz in film nagar is that the makers are considering the title 'Mitrudu' for the film. The producer is putting all the efforts to release the film in the second week of April.
