BALAKRISHNA & NAGARJUNA on the same silver screen?

Nataratna Balakrishna and Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna are going to be seen on the silver screen soon. Both the heroes are going to play vital roles in one film. It will be for the first time that the two big stalwarts of tollywood will be seen in one film. The title for the film is likely to be “Naranarayanulu”. It is also confirmed that versatile director Raghavendra Rao is going to direct this film.

Nagarjuna is planning to produce the film on his home banner “Annapurna” while Raghavendra rao is planning to do it on his home banner RK productions. Nagarjuna will play the character role of Narudu and Balaya babu is going to don the role of Narayanudu. Since two big heroes are going to be featured in one film the investments will be more and the returns will also be more.

After confirming the producer, the director will look out for the female lead. Some sources say that Ramya Krishna, Nagma, Anushka and Tabu may play vital roles in this film. Nayantara may also get the call.

Millitants Attacked BANGARU BABU Unit In J&K

Soubagya Media is making the film Bangaru babu with Jagapathi Babu and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles. The shoot is progressing in Sreenagar in the J & K today,12th August.

While the unit is canning a song sequence at Sona Marg, some militants attacked the film unit, but none were injured.

Jonnalagadda Sreenivas Rao is the director. The unit immediately left to their hotel room. The unit is expected to back in Hyderabad tomorrow.

Tamanna heroine in mahesh varudu ?

As for filmanagar sources, Tamanna , the Happy Days girl Tamanna is to sign a big project Varudu opposite Mahesh Babu.

Though Tamanna is yet to sign on dotted lines, she is almost confirmed to play the main female lead. Pravathi Melton is playing the second heroine role.

The regular shoot will commence on 23rd of August in Rajasthan. A fight sequence and song is planned to film in 30 days schedule of Rajasthan. Trivikram Sreenivas is he director.

Krishnavamsi's superstitious gift to Charmi

For everyone Charmi is a hot and sexy girl but there is other side also. Guess what? She is very religious and also superstitious. It is said that Charmi is a devotee of lord Anjaneya. It's all started from the time of Krishnavamsi's Sri Anjaneym.

Not only that, Charmi, who prefers to wear Jeans and T shirts, gets ready herself in traditional outfit for the festivals. Wherever she goes, Charmi always carries Lord Anjeyaya clad superstisous thread with her. It is being said that director Krishnavamsi presented this superstitious thing to her during the shooting of Sri Anjaneyam.

Aadivishnu' for release on August 21

Special effects are being added as part of post-production works for 'Aadivishnu',directed by Bharat Parepalli, presented by Dasari Padma and produced by K Ramakrishna Prasad on the banner of Soubhagya Media Ltd., with Dasari Arunkumar and Sneha in the lead.

South Indian Super Star Rajanikanth released the audio of the film into the market recently.

Producer says, 'The film depicts how money and muscle power could change the face of the truth. It is the basic theme of the film. We are making efforts to release the film on August 21.

Suman, Sunil, Pradeep Rawat, Ali, Venumadhav, Prema, Aiswarya and others are in the cast. Music is by MM Srilekha, dialogues are by Rajendra Prasad, lyrics are by Chandrabose, while story and screenplay are by Dasari Narayana Rao.

Allu Arjun’s PARUGU 100 Days Function (Photo Gallery)

Allu Arjun’s film PARUGU today completed its 100 days run. Marking the occasion, a big cake was cut at Dil Raju’s office in Hyderabad. Briefing the media, Dil Raju said that the film registered its 100 days in 54 centers all over the state. He termed Parugu as harbinger of another hatrick for him, having scored the first one with – Dil, Arya and Bommarillu. Bommarillu Bhaskar thanked Dil Raju and said: “For all my success in Telugu film industry, I owe it to Dil Raju, without whose support I wouldn’t have been what I am today. We are planning one more movie in our combination (self, Allu Arjun and Dil Raju) soon.” Allu Arjun said: “The success of Parugu is real. It also shows the importance which the family audiences have given to the film.”

Archana becomes a sex bomb of tollywood

Veda who changed her name to Archana is being labeled as a sex bomb of tollywood. ‘Nenu’ was the film through which this sexy Telugu girl was introduced to the film industry. But later on she became extinct and was limited to second female lead roles.
Now her film titled as ‘BANK’ is ready to be released on September 5th. Some post production work is said to be left in this film which will be completed in a couple of weeks.
Jackie shroff, Raghuvaran and Veda are the lead in the film. Already it is a fact that Archana is looking hot in the film stills and will appear more than a glam doll in this film. Some scenes which are yet to be censored reveal that she will appear on a mini skirt and a black top and will sit on the lap of Jackie shroff. He will be cuddling her on her thighs and her neck and this steamy scene is sure to ignite the flame in the pants of her male fans.
In a recently concluded dance show on Zee Telugu, Archana revealed her bust to a large extent through her costume which made her a hot celebrity on the small screen.
A MMS video clipping is also being circulated which has Archana having oral sex with the producer of the dance show AATA.

'Bank' ready for release on Sept 5

Directed and produced by Amruta Arunkumar on the banner of 'Arun Entertainment', 'Bank' with Jackie Shroff, Abbas, Raghuvaran, Rahuldev, Archana and Pujabharati in the lead is getting ready for release on September 5.
Director Arunkumar says, 'We launched the film as a trilingual (Telugu, Tamil and Hindi) and post-production works are completed for all the three languages. We will complete the balance work and release the film with 800 prints. The film will have a bank robbery in its backdrop.
Raghuvaran, who passed away recently, played a different character in the flick. We had spent over Rs 70 lakh to erect a set exclusively for the canning of a song. There was a very good response to the audio and we are sure that the film would be a hit.'
Sindhu, Abhayan, Baby Bhavana, Priya and others are in the cast. Music is by Chinni Charan, camera is by Nagesh, editing is by Ramgopal Reddy, while story, screenplay and direction are by Arunkumar B.

Vinayak-NTR combo on regular shoot from Aug 28

The regular shooting of a film directed by VV Vinayak, presented by Kodali Nani and produced by Vallabnaneni Vamsimohan on the banner of ?? with NT Rama Rao as hero and Ileana as heroine would begin from August 28.
It may be mentioned here that this was the second film in the combination of NTR and Ileana after 'Rakhee'.
It is learnt that the shooting would begin with the picturisation of hero's introduction song. The combination scenes of hero and heroine would be done by the end of September.
Director says, 'While both my films with Tarak like 'Aadi and Samba' had action in their backdrop, this film would have love as its subject. I asked NTR to put up some weight for the film.'
The producer is making efforts to complete the film as soon as possible and release it by Sankranthi next year. Music is by Devisri Prasad.

Mahesh is celebrating his B'Day

Krishna on Mahesh Babu's next films

Krishna organized a press meeting and asked Mahesh Babu Fans not to worry because Mahesh Babu has signed three films. "Mahesh signed three films and all the three will hit screens in these two years," said Krishna with media. When asked about the films that Mahesh has signed, "His next film will be with director Trivikram. And he will have Gowtham Menon's film and latter Puri Jagannadh's film," said Krishna. When asked about the producers, "Gowtham Menon's film will be produced by UTV Motion Pictures along with my daughter Manjula, which will be shot both in Tamil and Telugu and Soundarya Rajnikant and Warner Brothers are producing Puri Jagannadh's Telugu, Tamil and Hindi in large scale," said Krishna

Kuselan leads UK box office

Rajinikanth's Kuselan crossed the £ 1 lac mark in its opening weekend, overtaking all Hindi films running in U.K. this weekend. Kuselan has debuted at No. 13 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 1, 06,394 on 17 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 6,258. Commendable… The sole Hindi release, UGLI AUR PAGLI, is below expectations in U.K… Last week's MISSION ISTAANBUL and ONEY HAI TOH HONEY HAI slide further.

Pawan kalyan paid 5 Cr to nandini?

Nandini is the first wife of Pawan Kalyam. Nandini filed a alimony and bigamy cases on Pawan Kalyan in Vizag court. The cases are pending in the court.
Now the latest we hear is that Nandini and Pawan have come to an understanding of compromise. Nandini demanded Rs 8 Crs to withdraw all the cases filed on Pawan and finally agreed for Rs5 Crs. And Pawan has paid Rs 5 crs. Now Nandini will file compromise petition in the court.
It is the great relief and right for Mega family on the wake of Megastar launching his political party. Otherwise opposition parties would have used Pawan and NANDINI CASE AS THEIR POLITICAL CAMPAIGN.

salute to release with 700 prints

A lot has been written on Vishal’s forthcoming Salute. Vishal is now seen as one of the top upcoming stars in the Tamil Filmdom and now he is hoping to firm up his position in Tollywood with this film. Vishal’s brother and producer Vikram Krishna is meticulously planning the film’s release in a grand way.
With high expectations and the pre-publicity blitzkrieg, he hopes that the film would take huge openings. Already 700 prints for both Tamil and Telugu versions are earmarked. This is the highest number of prints for a young hero in South India and also a record.

Mahesh to hit three in a row

It is disclosed by the father of Mahesh Babu that the hero would do three films in a row as against one film per year as known earlier.
First one will be from Trivikram Srinivas as titled Varadu.This is expected to be launched at any time in August.
Next one will start at the end of 2008 with a movie by Gowtham Menon in Tamil and Telugu under UTV banner with Mahesh sister Manjula as Executive producer.
The third one is by Puri Jagannath launched in 2009 with big dimension by producing in three languages Telugu, Tamil and Hindi along with Soundarya Rajnikant and Warner Brothers

Victory Venkatesh on Tuesday called up to Trisha to confirm that she is going to be his next heroine in the movie titled “Krishnam Vande Jagathgurum”. Previously it was reported that Venky may opt for a bollywood beauty like Priyanka Chopra for this movie. But now strangely he is opting Trisha and has confirmed to her that she will be his beloved in his next film. Trisha who is working in three big banners in Tamil has only 1 film in tollywood opposite to Nagarjuna. It is reported that she will complete her portions in Tamil by august ending and till November is idle. So from September “Gamyam” Fame Krish is going to schedule the shooting of “Krishnam Vande Jagathgurum” and the shooting will go on till November first week.A second heroine role is still vacant in this movie and is thinking for a bollywood babe to do a cameo.
